Добрый день. Назрел вопрос, который будет интересен многим начинающим - как грамотно использовать изменение передаточных чисел в зависимости, как от рельефа местности (подъемы, спуски, прямая), так и линейной скорости? Какие основные комбинации передаточный чисел и вообще вся информация по этому вопросу?

Держи каденс 90 (кол-во оборотов педалей в минуту, если не получается замерить на глаз, либо купи велокомп с измерителем каденса, либо покатайся с опытным народом и крути педали с такой же скоростью, как они), как станет слишком легко, повышай, как станет слишком сложно, понижай. Если едешь в группе, держи скорость, заданную руководителем.

3-я звезда спереди для хорошей скорости... передачи для нее сзади 7,8,9 примерно...
2-я звезда наиболее универсальна, передачи для нее сзади 3-7 примерно...
1-я звезда спереди для сложных участков - крутые подъемы (или когда на обычные подъемы сил не остается для более быстрых передач), техничные участки пересеченки, либо когда надо ехать медленно... передачи для нее сзади 1-5 примерно...

Педали крутить надо вообще-то равномерно, постоянно, без рывков. Правда, не всегда получается - в группе, или на сложных участках, или просто когда сил совсем не остается, получается что крутнул несколько раз и едешь накатом...

Старайся не просто давить на педали, а используй круговое педалирование (потренируйся в нем, крутя педали по очереди одной ногой)... с контактами это гораздо легче, так как с ними ты можешь тянуть педали вверх...

Схему написал примерно, но совсем "кривые" передачи использовать не стоит - во-первых, неграмотное распределение сил будет, а во-вторых, на кривых передачах скорее всего цепь об рамку переднего переклюка терется будет.

я в основном езжу на второй звезде. на передачах 3-8. для смешанной езды город/парк по мне это идеальное соотношение.
третью звезду включал всего один раз, когда ехал по прямой на скорости выше 25км/ч
первую звезду тоже только раз, когда решил таки испытать вот то болото и свой вел на проходимость. Проехал таки не замочив ног.

на самом деле я вот немножко иначе подбираю ведущую и зпднюю звезды...

Переключение четче И в этой шутке тока доля шутки
А разница - ну чем больше передач, тем плавнее идет переключение между ними, без рывков...
Различие в прикладывании сил на разных звездах меньше...

А как ты подбираешь? Тут какое дело - если при этом лосишь, значицца подбирай как хочется А если при этом тяжело едецца, может стоит задуматься о изменении тактики пользования передачами, имхо...

гы )) а я стараюсь всегда крутить передачу чуть повыше, чем можно было бы. Даж на горки, если силы позволяют, часто въезжаю встав на педали и не меняя передачу. Так что всё индивидуально

А можно и "тансовщицей" в горку или при разгоне для хорошей скорости, это да... Но это заберет больше сил, чем езда на правильной передаче сидя в седле...
К тому же я не особо люблю вкручивать стоя на педалях... итак на них приходицца много стоять на пересеченке или разюитом асфальте, ибо не на сосисе

с высокими передачами нужно поосторожнее!

катаюсь около месяца - сначала болели мышцы ног - прокачал их =), стал быстрее кататься, разгоняться на высоких передачах. Недавно 2 дня подряд почти не слезал с байка. Теперь сижу пешком колени болят.
