Глюки с передним переключателем.

Купил 20.04.06 GT Avalanche 2.0 disc.
Покаталься немного в первый день, услышал какой-то не понятный звук... Пришёл домой, покрутил педальки с вывешенным колесов и понял что цепь трет об рамку переключателя.
Попытался отрегулировать сам, для чего скачал инструкцию по этому поводу. Не помагает!!! :huh:
Настроить получается так что всё в норме только на одной из трёх звезд.
Я конечно понимаю что я ламер в этих делах и вы посоветуете мне поехать в магазин где я покупал вел, но это не реально, мне до туда очень далеко. Так что придётся либо самому, либо за денежку мастерскую поблизости искать.

P.S. кстати у моей девушки Avalanche 3.0 с такой же проблемой, куплен одновременно с моим.

Ставишь цепь переключателем на малую звезду, выставляешь регуляж на ручке на минимум (вкручиваешь в ручку), отвинчиваешь болтик крепежа тросика пер. переклюка, натягиваешь сам тросик вручную, вставляешь его обратно в переклюк и затягиваешь болтик на тросе, следя, чтоб малая звезда была посередке рамки переклюка. Затем регуляжом на ручке двигаешь переключатель до исчезновения трения.

Немного сумбурно объяснил... А откуда качал инструкцию, кстати?

советую не париться и найти мастера за денежку, иначе сам там такого накрутишь :huh:

Самое главное в настройке переднего переключателя , выставить его правильно по отношению к системе.
То есть зазор между рамкой и большой звездой 1-3 мм. И рамка переключателя чётко параллельна звёздам системы.

Слушайка, а ведь это ты создавал тему о покупке нового байка? Я же тебе рекомендовал покатать с километр возле мага B) . Нужно было прокатить, попереключать, попрыгать малость. Вот видишь, а теперь проблемы :huh: . Может это вовсе бракованная деталь, тогда бы, скорее всего сразу заменили, но, по крайней мере, провели бы регулировку. Кстати, на случай, если не получится самому отрегулирить, можешь обратиться в мастерскую именно на предмет определения заводского брака, если это брак, то хорошо если они тебе еще письменное заключение могли бы дать. Мастеровых нужно предупредить, что если заводской брак, то пусть ремонт не делают, а то на деньги попадешь. Лучьше добраться до мага и поменять либо вел в целом, либо деталь.

У меня тоже самое,велик на второй день растроился,прочел инструкцию(хотя я давно зналд как это делдать,но лишнии знания лишними не бывают) и настроил за 5 минут

Товарисч пишет, что наладить не удается, если приехать в маг и сказать, что вел имеет брак, в маге что бы не заморачиваться действительно могут поменять вел, могут просто заменить бракованный элемент, если желание заморачиваться есть. Правда, наиболее правдоподобным будет отсылка в гарант мастерскую. Но если магазин фирменный и дорожит репутацией, то в случае заводского брака обмен вела целиком вполне возможен.
Если же отрегулирит сам, ясно, что ехать никуда не нужно будет. B)

Спасибо толковая ссылка. Но я надумал сам не крутить, а то наколбашу там такоогоо!
У меня километрах в восьми от дома есть мастерская, завтра попробую туда сьездить.
