Эхехе. И мне ответили на мой вопль. Понятно, что всего лишь шаблон письма взяли, но может и правда меры примут.
В общем, я для себя решил так: если и в этом заказе накосячат, больше у них ничего пока не беру. Глобально всё что хотел, уже давно приобрёл, сейчас вожу только мелочь, да и ту не себе.

CRC is still a rider operated shop and we do focus on customer service, we
have just been so busy recently that we will need to provide even more
support to those in situations similar to these.

Нет. Точно так и вышло -- заказ ушел с одной отмененной позицией.

Мой первый заказ мог бы дойти ровно за две недели. Но в EMS каким-то образом перепутали номер моего дома - вместо дом 30, у них указано 30 корпус А. К тому же, у них не оказалось моего контактного телефона (хотя он был указан при оформлении заказа). 5 февраля курьер приехал на несуществующий адрес, почесал затылок и поехал обратно. Итог: Невручение - 05.02.2008 - Москва - EMS - СЦ - Временное отсутствие адресата.

Я на всякий случай, указал 2 адреса где меня можно найти и 2а телефона. Но звонить они не звонят, денег наверное жалко.
