Этому магазину я бы присвоил звание самого медленного и ленивого магазина в Москве. Бываю там часто. Каждый раз приходиться ждать, пока к тебе кто-то соизволит подойти, у продавцов никакой услужливости, в результате подходишь сам, а он отсылает к кому-нибудь другому, мотивируя тем, что занят(!). Занят, когда к нему клиент обращается.. Сегодня, среда, 12 часов дня, в магазине пусто, никакой запары, 7 минут ждал, пока кто-то зайдет в отдел с обувью, потом еще минут 10, пока принесут нужную пару.
Другой раз 10 минут ждал, пока мне очки покажут, все тоже были "заняты", при этом несколько человек в желтых майках катали по залу на велах.. Очень невежливое обращение. В Спортмастере в этом плане дела обстоят намного лучше, продавцы куда более вежливые, всегда рядом, но ненавязчивы.

Почитал твой отзыв. Сервис-служба у них тоже беда. Я им в прошлом году звоню, спрашиваю, Флюиды есть, они базу смотрят и мне говорят, что только в Самаре, кажись. Я на всякий случай пишу с этим же вопросом тов. Кубасу (Kubas), который имеет какое-то отношение к Триалу, и он мне на следующий день отвечает, что один Флюид стоит в Олимпийском! Вот так у них налажено..

Так у них же типа все продавцы-экстремалы работают :D ,им покупателями заниматься некогда.Да и незнают они ничего.
Я сам когда-то писал жалобу в Триал,через полгода :D получил ответ что обязательно разберуться,с тех пор тишина

Мофо, это день сегодня такой, наверное.. я там тоже была, шлем покупала... и сотрудника в желтой майке, катающегося с неснятым с колеса станком тоже видела...
Правда, он ко мне подошел, когда я шлемы примерять начала. Выглядел вяло, замученно (еще бы, катать на велике по кругу со станком... ). Правда, все нужные мне шлемы всех нужных размеров принес. Учитывая, что выбор был сделан из двух подошедших в пользу более дешевого и менее пестрого - притензий нет. Консультации не понадобились)) Но когда я там же очки покупала - консультант был более активным и информацию давал.

Зато девушка на кассе у них сегодня была забавная... а пакетов для больших коробок не было...

короче, незачет Триалу сегодня.

жаловаться на них не буду.
просто в следущий раз пойду в другую смену. надо будет узнать когда у них велоэкстрималы работают.

кстати, в велоотделе был консультант, который даже не обратил внимания на супер-пупер наизамечательнейшую книжку по ремонту байков, которая была у меня в руках и все время мешала мерять шлем. я бы на его месте обзательно поинтересовалась литературой по профилю. воть.

Эти "экстрималы" очень по своему поведению напоминают мне шеснадцатилетних админов компьютерных интернет-клубов, ему дали власти, и он, весь из себя такой, важный. Пофиг, что рожа в прыщах и волосенки сальные, но он главный в этом заведении и на нем все завязано. Соответственно, и ведет себя черезчур высокомерно. Вот и у этих граждан занимаемая позиция примерно такая же.

а вот в отделе роликовых коньков консультант сразу двум девочкам детские коньки подбирал и мне подсказал куда идти шлемы смотреть - активность была-таки. но не у всех**)

короче тем же издательством, что Лопеса ваяло готовится к изданию книга по ремонту и настройке байка. клеваааяяя... сток подробностей написано... с картинками и схемами строения втулок-вилок и т.п. шняги. я английскую версию сейчас смотрю.
сейчас ее переводят как раз.
