Эх.. вспонимаю себя .. лет эдак в 6.. в деревне катался на Большушей (как мне тогда казалось) "Украине".. вот там .. соскочишь.. и "носочками" до земли полюбому не достать..(((
а по теме
может пере остановкой зарение одну ногу с педали снять.. (ту на которую хочешь встать) и потихонечку на нее накреняться.. незнаю.. седло себе опусти... пока страх есть.. чтобы сидя доставать до земли ..

поддерживаю.

трудно, конечно, что-то советовать, учитывая, что ничего не известно о велосипеде. но я так понимаю, дела даже не в ростовке, а в том, что для начала можно просто опустить седло (при помощи подседельного штыря) вниз, так чтобы ноги касались земли, когда ты на нем сидишь.
конечно, ездить будет не так легко, но зато очень быстро исчезнет страх упасть с высоты собственного велосипеда и со временем (неделя где-то в заивисимости от частоты катания) седло будет поднято на нужную высоту.

я тоже боялась падать и тормоза меня до сих пор смущают, потому что на детском школьнике был только ножной, встроенный во втулку что ли...

а вообще все правильно, поначалу седно надо опустить так, чтобы сидя на нем ногами доставать до земли. тогда при остановке просто выставляешь опорную ногу в сторону и опускаешься на нее.

Если тормозить задним тормозом то полететь через руль очень сложно

ну у меня например бывало что тормозя обоими при "экстренном торможении" велик на переднее вставал, и я боясь лицом асфальт встретить перелетал через руль, и кое как приземлялся,
(ну велик падал потом, неприятно слегка)
а вообщетто, если скорость небольшая, то при торможении передним он встоёт на колесо и так же назад опускаеться,, ну если конечно вынос очень длинный, то центр тяжести вперёд и без того смещён,
но такое маловероятно)
, кстати, насчёт налетания на рулевую или вынос жизненно важными оргонами,
почемутто ни разу не налетал), хотя падения случались, но почемутто коленки страдали, да ладони слегка , ну и синяки бывали где ни пободя, то о руль стукнишся, то о раму .
но всё это относиться к ко времени семь лет назат, когда я первый МТВ купил , теперь падений не происходит, ну почти)
