According to Strava’s Terms and Conditions, you may be entitled to receive a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Beyond that time frame, a Strava subscription is typically non-refundable.
Step 1 - Cancel your Subscription
Help Article: How to cancel your subscription.
Cancel through Google Play - Android
If your Subscription was purchased through the Android App, you will need to manage this subscription directly within the Google Play Store. Please open the Strava app and click Profile > Settings > Manage Subscription and you should be redirected to the subscription management page in the Google Play app where you can cancel the subscription.
Cancel through Apple App Store - iPhone
If your Subscription was purchased through the iPhone App using Apple you will need to manage this subscription directly within the App Store. Please open your phone's Settings app > Apple ID, iCloud, iTunes & App Store > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID > View Apple ID > Subscriptions. If you're not seeing an option to cancel, you may have already canceled this trial/subscription. If your trial/subscription says it's set to EXPIRE, you're all set.
Cancel Web Subscription - Computer
If your Subscription was purchased directly through Strava on our website, you will cancel online. To cancel your membership, please visit your Account page > Change Membership > Cancel Subscription Membership (towards the bottom of the page). Once you have canceled your subscription, you will see no renewal option is selected, and your subscription will not renew.
Step 2 - Requesting a Refund
Request Refund for Google Play Subscription
Please share your Google Play email or the Google Play transaction id (Example: GPA.345-34534-34534)
Request Refund for Apple App Subscription
Because your subscription was created through an iOS device, you will need to request a refund from Apple. You can contact Apple Support directly through the link below:
https://getsupport.apple.com/ Contacting Apple support directly through the email link is the best action. Since this payment was processed by iTunes/Apple, we can't refund or cancel this subscription because we don't have access to their payment processor. If your refund is processed by Apple, your subscription will automatically be downgraded back to free.
Request Refund for Web Subscription
If you see Strava Support (SRA* Support) or Strava Strava on your billing statement, would you mind sharing the last four digits of your card, credit card type, and amount being charged?
Or if the web subscription was using PayPal, the PayPal invoice number or your PayPal email would be helpful.
Step 3
After you have successfully canceled your subscription and have all the necessary information to process your refund in step 2; please respond directly to this email and include the following: How you purchased the subscription (through your phone on Google Play or the Apple App Store; or on the website); Confirmation you have canceled the subscription; and any additional detail needed.
Once we hear back with the necessary information we will work on providing that refund, if granted, as quickly as possible.
If you are unsure where you purchased your subscription, please send us a screenshot of what it says in your bank statement, we can possibly trace the subscription back to your account.
