    а вот бегать сразу с дуру не-не-не.

    Вы сами, то верите в то, что разминка не влияет на результат?

    Единственное, если спринт какой-нить, разделка на 15 мин., элиминатор
    А если на соревнованиях первые 40 мин. буду тошнится в группе, то под конец когда народ врубит форсаж я уже не вытяну.
    И честно не вдупляю, накой перед 50-80-100-... км прогонами разогревы.
