по мойму к юга-западной ближе...но не важно. Со мной похожий случай был в прошлом году, только переезжал по переходу, точнее ехал по тротуару прерывающемуся въездом во двор, на этом вьезде меня и сбила какая то семерка, удар в заднее колесо (выбил 3 спицы, и офигенную восьмерку сделал, потом все это починили, ничего не выкидывал кроме спиц). Я удержался как то на байке все таки, пока приходил в себя эта сволочь уехала, даже из машины не вышел, номер я есстественно не запомнил.

qlock17 прав на все сто процентов, прежде всего как виноватого рассматривают водителя всегда, а потом уже пешехода(велосипедиста). Был один случай из реальной жизни, бомж переходил дорогу и его сбил один знакомый на смерть, переходил в неположенном месте. Знакомого посадили на 4 года.

- менты конечно лохи, но если надо будет скорость определят довольно точно, и кроме термозного следа есть довольно много признаков по которым они определят скорость.

И мера пресечения не всегда может быть подписка о невыезде. Статью не скажу т.к. не юрист. но в принципе поискать могу. например, пару лет за причинение смерти по неосторожности всегда могут дать.

я про место дтп не знаю, но мне кажется что никаких знаков 80 и тем более 100 там нет.
честно говоря, кроме ттк и мкад я больше не видел знаков ни 80 ни 100. Видел только 40. B)

Все строится на том мог ли водитель избежать наезда-аварии или нет. Если водитель не имел возможности увидеть заранее, не привышал скорость, не нарушал пдд, он не может быть признан виновным.
В случае с байкером: велосипедист равноправный участник движения, и если он нарушил правила то виновником признается именно он.

По поводу смертей и убийств: если человек скончался втечение ну например 5ти минут (точно время не помню) то это "убийство", а если позже, то "нанесение тяжких телесных повреждений приведших к летального исходу" соответственно разные вещи, разные статьи, разные наказания

Когда сдавал на права то специально выяснил сей вопрос.Никакой правый ряд лисапедист занимать не магет по причине приравнивания его к пешеходу.Там где нет знака-движение на велосипедах-лисапедист вне закона.А если оба нарушили ПДД то кто прав,кто виноват решает колличество зелени в кармане..
И сорее всего пришлосьбы еще долго мечтать хотябы о старом веле..
