2) да намертво, снять нельзя. Хотя я видел в продаже многоразовый, но вряд ли у тебя такой.
3) х.з. ... ставить якорь не умею, поэтому отдал мастеру (вся работа рублей 100-150). Кстати может кто действительно расскажет как самому ставить и чтоб не запороть.</td>

Господа ! :huh:
Шток - подпилили, якорь вбили, ставлю дома вилку...
При разборке было множество колец и подшипников, назначение которых я теперь вполне ясно представляю, кроме одного кольца ! Имеет оно конусообразную форму, из пластмассы, с разрезом... КУДА ЕГО СТАВИТЬ ? )))
Думал что можно и без него - ан нет, при сборе вилка в рулевом стакане люфтит. Нужен ваш совет !!

Между верхним конусом и рулевой трубой, это распорное кольцо как раз убирает люфт.

Смотри , запрессовал нижний конус на вилку, На него ставишь смазанный подшипник, вставляешь рулевой шток в раму , сверху опять смазанный подшипник , на него верхний конус , а сверху острым углом вниз , между конусом и рулевой эту деталь ( ещё соответственно снизу и сверху пыльники пластмассовые , которые от влаги и пыли защищают). Дальше ставишь проставочные кольца и вынос .
Притягиваешь его верхним болтом , центруешь руль и окончательно затягиваешь.
Вроде всё правильно , если что упустил поправьте.

На двух фото представлена последовательность насаживаемого "материала", проставочные кольца идут сверху, их на фото не ставил.

нет. тут явно не хватает крышки рулевой колонки. а так ты раздавишь это кольцо.
