Типа:
- Good start.
- You should always feel in control.
- Never in difficulty.
- Increase the cadence to 120 rpm.
- Try and keep the power the same as before.
- Use your gears to avoid too big of a surge in watts.
- This increase in cadence will spike your Heart Rate and Breathing rate.
- Drop the cadence.
