насчет карт Райффайзена - я так понимаю это банк не авторизует, а не Чейн.
Вот ответ из Чейна на мое письмо, мол не могу заплатить:
Sorry that there has been a problem, please retry again with no spaces between the card number if this does not work please contact your bank and let them know that you are trying to purchase online internationally but the card has been declined by them.
По крайней мере Виза Классик Сбербанка работает точно. Заплатил в конце концов ей.
