Maximum pressure when used with a tube is the maximum pressure on the
tire. All of our mountain bike rims are designed for low pressure.
Running them at high pressure will shorten the lifespan of the rim.

А вот ответ на тот же вопрос от саппорта WTB (про обода i19/i23)

The min/max tire pressure for any particular rim is based on what the tire actually recommends and is not dependent upon the rim.
