Our apologies for the error. To Return Goods for exchange, simply post the
goods back via your local post office. Please include a copy of your invoice
and a clear note detailing the items that you would like the returned
item(s) to be exchanged for.
Please make sure to clearly mark the returned package as 'Returned Goods'/
Failed Sale', failure to do this may result in costs to recover the package,
if this is the case the item will be refused and returned back to you by the
delivery agent. Be sure to put this detail on the documentation rather than
simply on the box, if the postal office fills this in make sure they make
the returns reason clear.
If you ask for it in your letter, your postage expenses will be refunded
back to you card as long as you use a standard postage service. We cannot
refund the cost of a priority service or a carrier.
