Tap Settings > Apps > Google Play services and clear cache.
2. Check the battery saver app
If any battery saver app is running on your Android phone, exclude Cateye Cycling app.
3. At last, reboot your Android phone.
Cateye Cycling app uses normal GPS (Stand-alone GPS) and mobile network. We are not sure how other GPS apps work but they may have implemented GPS assisting program, such as Google Maps and coordinates of longitude and latitude.
We recommend the app "GPS Status & Toolbox"
https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...sstatus2&hl=en ?
This app will give you the GPS status and can speed up GPS location finding.
Strava support gives further steps to get GPS with GPS Status & Toolbox. Check the "Steps to take when investigating GPS Issues" and "Final Steps".
